with a semi-automatic turret rewinder

The new range of inspection rewinder machines Venus allows from
a master roll of printed self
adhesive labels (diam. max 720 mm) to :
• slitt,
• inspect with sensors the missing labels, flags and the broken
strips,
• rewind on one shaft preselected rolls or label quantity and to
position at the same time
the next rewinding shaft. The shaft will have been previously
mounted with pre-glued
carton cores and as a result, the down time of the Venus will be
considerably reduced.
Furthermore a pressure arm will apply strips on the pre-glued
carton core and will
again reduce to a minimum the set up time.
The Venus can also be used for film or carton under the limits
fixed by the manufacturer
(consult your sales representative).
COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE
• 1 interchangeable pneumatic unwind shaft of 76 mm,
coupled to a magnetic powder brake.
• 1 flag detector.
• 1 pneumatical splicing table.
• 3 sensors (standard configuration) automatically stopping the web
at the second splicing
table when a missing label or waste matrix fault is detected,
(«clear and clear» sensors as
option).
• 1 automatic ultra-sonic web guide (EL).
• 1 second pneumatical splicing table.
• 1 system of double nip rollers to keep a regular tension in the
slitting unit.
• 1 rotary slitting unit cassette mounted on a movable rail which
can be set up on or out of
the machine. This cassette is using male and female blades with
lateral registration system
and an upper movable part allowing to change the knives without web
break (4 knives
standard configuration). Possibility to use (as option) razor
blades cassette.
• 1 individual preselectable label or length counter.
• 1 ergonomic control front board.
• 1 general fascia with all commands.
• EC and UL standard.
