REGISTER TY-F25 Flexo Mount
Ensures plates are properly mounted before they go to Press.
On Multi color jobs. We all know how essential it is for all of
the plates to be mounted identically. Our product features two
cameras, each focused on a different edge of the printing plate.
The captured images are then aligned on two monitors. Thus, the
operator can manipulate controls to bring the plate into perfect
registration prior to full contact with the cylinder.
You will no longer have any problems with:
- Registration by eye.
- Long set up times,
- plate fixes and
- Scrap on press.
Your only problem may arise from persuading operations who are
also used to doing it by hand and knife, (the olden way).
Standard system Features:
- 2 high- definition CCD video cameras, with high optical
magnification
- 1 set of two 7" TFT LCD register screens (viewing
monitor)
- 1 set of two illuminating lights to facilitate error free
registration positioning
- Compatible for mounting Flexo plates for all rotary Flexo
Presses
- Standard machine can handle cylinder widths ranging from
7"-25"
